lagopède des saules

Le lagopède des saules est un oiseau très présent dans le nord du canada. l'hiver avec son pellage blanc il est très difficile à voir dans la neige. Aussi stupide qu'une poule, ils sont aussi très faciles à frapper en voiture. Katherine et moi sommes allé faire un petit tour de camion sur la route d'hiver et avons croisé sur notre chemin un petit groupe de lagopèdes. 

the Willow Ptarmigan is a really common bird in northern canada. during winter time he's hard to see in the snow with his white feathers. as stupid as a chicken they are also really easy to hit while driving. Katherine and I went for a little drive on the winter road and saw a group of them so we stopped to shoot some pictures.
