les amis- part 2

C'est fou à quel point certaines personnes vous inspire confiance immédiatement. Ca a été le cas de Ian Brown. Il est venu à Norman Wells cet été (il habite à Fort Good hope) il faisait un trip de canot avec un de ses amis sur le Mackenzie de Norman Wells Jusqu'à Good Hope. Je travaillais alors pour canoe nord qui lui fournissait un canoe et équipement. En Décembre il m'envoie un message sur facebook demandant s'il pouvait rester chez moi une couple de jour en chemin vers chez ses parents pour noël. Depuis, il est devenu ami avec tous mes amis et vient nous visiter de temps à autre.

It's crazy how some people inspire you to trust them right away. It was the case with Ian Brown. il came to Norman Wells last summer (he lives in Fort Good hope) and was doing a canoe trip on the Mackenzie from norman Wells to Good hope. I was working for canoe north at the time who was providing him canoe and equipment. In December he sent me a message on facebook asking if he could stay at my house for a couple days on his way down to his parents house for christmas. Since than, he's became friend with all of my friends and comes to visit once in a while.

L'autre soir mon amie Jackie me dit "aye on devrait aller faire du traineau!" 

Krista, Angela, Jackie et moi sommes allées au chalet de ski de fond ou nous avons faites quelques descentes de tobogan et ou Jackie nous a allumer un beau feu de camp. Belle soirée au clair de lune. 

The other night my friend jackie says to me "Hey! we should go sliding!"
Krista, Angela, Jackie and I went up to the ski cabin where we did a couple tobogan rides and Jackie lit up a nice bonfire. Beautiful night under the moon light.
